We use Royal Mail 1st class post to despatch our kits and they usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Very rarely, kits may be delayed within the postal system.

If your test kit does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact our support team at help@edgesupport.co.uk confirming your delivery address and we'll send you a replacement kit to you free of charge.
